To arrange a curbside pickup, select "In-store Pickup" at checkout, or call/email the store to place an order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Upon arrival please call the store and confirm your order confirmation number, then wait at a safe social distance. A team member will then place your order for collection at the door for contactless pickup.

If you are traveling by car. On arrival please call the store and confirm your order confirmation number, then wait in your car and a team member will deliver it directly to you in your car.

During this time, we are prioritizing the health and safety of our customers and store team by following all recommended safety protocols. Our team will be wearing face masks and gloves while preparing your orders for pickup.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange. Store credit can be used both in-store and online. Please note we do not issue refunds for return items. 

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. Returns will not be accepted for intimates, swimwear, apothecary or pierced earrings. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

All returns must be pre-approved. Before returning an item, please contact us at 917-409-1499 or hello@oroborostore.com to notify us of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original unused, unwashed condition and with all Oroboro and designer tags still attached. For online orders, items must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to request proof of shipment date. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit will only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 


Covid-19 update: We continue to fully operate online. 

Orders received before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship that day via wynd. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. domestic orders $250+.

We offer flat rates for the below shipping methods:

  • wynd Standard
    • New York - $12 (Free on orders $250 or more)
    • Rest of Continental US - $15 (Free on orders $250 or more)
  • wynd Worldwide Economy - $50

Rates for all other shipping methods will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows are outlined below:

  • wynd Standard (2-5 business days)
  • wynd Second Day (2 business days)
  • wynd Next Day (1 business day)
  • wynd Worldwide Economy (10-14 business days)
  • wynd Worldwide (2-3 business days)

Same day pick up and delivery service is available to customers located in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Please note that same day delivery is only available on weekdays, and the delivery window is limited to our store hours, 11am-7pm.

If a product is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay in shipment time, the customer will be contacted immediately.

Wynd is our preferred shipping method, however other shipping providers may be used at the customer’s request. Where a customer nominates an alternate shipper, we are not liable for any shipping issues that occur subsequent to the package being mailed.

International orders shipping via Wynd Worldwide Economy (powered by DHL eCommerce) deliver within approximately 10-14 business days. Final delivery is carried out by the local domestic postal service.

International orders shipping via Wynd Worldwide (powered by UPS Express) provides door-to-door delivery service, including customs clearance, within approximately 2-3 business days.

Please note the customer is responsible for any duties or customs taxes charged by the country in which they reside. Payment of any applicable duties or customs taxes will be collected on delivery of your package.

For packages exceeding a weight of 10 lb. or large items requiring special handling such as furniture or artwork, we will contact the customer to provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer’s preferred method of shipment.
