RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Oroboro will gladly offer a store credit or exchange. Store credits can be used in store or online.

Return items must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition. For shipped orders, return items must ship within 5 business days of the date of receipt, in their original condition. Oroboro Store reserves the right to request proof of shipment date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged.

All returns must be pre-approved by Oroboro. Please call us on 718 388 4884 or email hello@oroborostore.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. 

Please note that Oroboro do not accept returns for sale items, undergarments, swim or apothecary.

Oroboro does not offer price adjustments.

 

SHIPPING

Orders received before 3pm will ship that day via Wynd.

Estimated delivery windows are outlined below:

  • Wynd Standard (2-5 business days)
  • Wynd Second Day (2 business days)
  • Wynd Next Day (1 business day)
  • Wynd Same Day (Manhattan & Brooklyn Only) (same business day)

Same day pick up and delivery service is available to customers located in Manhattan and Brooklyn (New York).

If a product is out of stock or there is an expected delay in shipment time, Oroboro Store will promptly contact the customer via email.

Wynd is our preferred shipping method, however other shipping providers may be used at the customer’s request. Where a customer nominates an alternate shipper, Oroboro Store is not liable for shipping issues that occur subsequent to the package being mailed.

International orders will ship via Wynd Worldwide (powered by DHL Express International). Wynd Worldwide provides door-to-door delivery service, including customs clearance, within 1-3 business days.

Please note the customer is responsible for any duties or customs taxes charged by the country in which they reside. Payment of any applicable duties or customs taxes will be collected on delivery of your package.

If your country is not available to ship to, please contact us at shop@oroborostore.com and we will assist you with alternative shipping arrangements.

For packages exceeding a weight of 10 lb. or large items requiring special handling such as furniture or artworks, Oroboro Store will contact the customer via email or phone to provide a shipping quote and to discuss the customer’s preferred method of shipment.
