Launched in 2009 by Chinar Farooqui, Injiri designs women’s dresses and clothing inspired by the hand-woven textiles of India. Traditional craftsmanship is cleverly reimagined in contemporary silhouettes with sustainable materials. Chinar works alongside master weavers on their wooden handlooms in India to create Injiri’s unique fabrics that tell a story through their beauty.
