Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange. Store credit can be used both in-store and online. Please note we do not issue refunds for return items.
Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. Returns will not be accepted for intimates, swimwear, apothecary or pierced earrings. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

Online order returns are to be shipped back to our store address, located at 217 Mott Street, New York, NY 10012. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt and in-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original, unused and unwashed condition with all Oroboro and designer tags still attached. We reserve the right to request proof of shipment date. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full store credit will only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged.
