Shipping Policy

Orders received before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday. 

Free Ground Shipping on U.S. domestic orders $500+.

We offer flat rates for the below shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground
    • New York - $15 (Free on orders $500 or more)
    • East Coast (excluding NY) - $17  (Free on orders $500 or more)
    • Central, Midwest and West Coast - $22 (Free on orders $500 or more)

Rates for all other shipping methods will be calculated at checkout. Please note that ship times and delivery times can vary and are never guaranteed, we are not responsible for any delays that are outside of our control.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for any oversized and fragile orders that require extra packing. Please reach out to us at hello@oroborostore.com for expedited shipping rates on your fragile order.

Estimated delivery windows are outlined below:

  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day (1 business day)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver for International Orders (2-5 business days; customs may impact this)
  • APC for select international orders (5-14 business days; customs and holidays may impact this) 

      FREE in-store pick up is available to local customers. 

      If a product is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay in shipment time, the customer will be contacted immediately.

      UPS is our preferred shipping method; however other shipping providers may be used at the customer’s request. Where a customer nominates an alternate shipper, we are not liable for any shipping issues that occur subsequent to the package being mailed.

      For select international customers, we are now offering APC shipping. This includes those in Australia, Canada, France, UK, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. With APC, you can generally expect lower costs for most orders compared to other carriers, depending on the package weight. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 14 days, but may be impacted by customs, holidays, and other external factors. This service utilizes local post offices for the final mile to ensure reliable delivery. End-to-end tracking is also provided, so you can follow your package's journey.       For all international orders (UPS and APC), we are not liable for any customs or import duties fees that are incurred during the shipping process. Any such fees levied by customs authorities are solely the responsibility of the customer. We advise all customers to familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations and associated costs before placing an order.

      If your country is not available to ship to, please contact us at hello@oroborostore.com and we will assist you with alternative shipping arrangements.

      We will reach out to the customer for packages that weigh more than 10 pounds or contain large items, such as furniture, ceramics, and artwork, which require special handling. During this contact, we will provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer's preferred shipment method.
