What is your current location, are you in isolation at home?

I came for an event in Los Angeles (was about to create a beautiful bar and garden for a special client here) but of course everything got cancelled and before we realized how serious all this was I had flown to Hawaii, so grateful for this quarantine in such a beautiful and inspiring place...

Describe your sensory experience of where you are in Hawaii. Can you share a touch, taste, smell, look and sound...

The outdoor hidden shower surrounded by a beautiful banana tree and this most exquisite flower perfume revealed by the gentle water running, caressing these white beauties... Heaven, the sun passing through creates the most magical rainbow all around me.

Can you share your favorite way to find solitude?

Walking in nature... Listening to birds singing, swimming in the sea and breathing together with the dance of the waves while looking at the sunset...

How do you maintain a connection to others during this time of social isolation?

I created a group in WhatsApp after being myself invited by a friend to do the 21 day abundance mediation challenge By Deepak Chopra. We communicate around that, as well as calling my dear ones to check on them and tell them I love them.

What are you being more intentional about while in quarantine?

Working on myself, reflecting in all areas of my life to improve my life and be in service to others and be more loving and respectful with our Mother Earth...

“Working on myself, reflecting in all areas of my life to improve my life and be in service to others and be more loving and respectful with our Mother Earth...”

What is bringing you comfort or joy?

Love and being grateful!

A daily ritual and/or bedtime routine - what keeps you grounded?

Meditation and conscious breathing and doing a list of what I am grateful for each day.

Do you have a daily creative practice outside of your work? Drawing, music, dance, cooking, gardening...

Stretching, taking a hot shower and infusing my maté and creating new recipes while listening to Brazilian music...

Could you share a favorite nourishing recipe you like to make for your loved ones?

Organic juices and infusions (I just put all the most amazing fruits and vegetables that inspire me into my juicer). The infusions I am very specific about the aromatic herbs or plants or flowers that I select, I’m always sourcing the best quality and beautiful varieties. Then I just study their benefits and create surprising and uplifting marriages.

Is there a book that has inspired/moved you recently. Music or podcasts you are listening to?

Deepak Chopra  “les 7 Lois spirituels du vrai bonheur”. I think the translation is:

“The ultimate happiness prescription or the 7 keys to uncover the ultimate secrets of joy in the most difficult times".

And “Fantastica” by Stéphanie Chayet (hope it will be translated in English).

One of my favorite albums of all times: Jorge Ben Força Bruta.

A podcast I listen to a lot: The school of greatness by Lewis Howe.

Wise words/words to live by, can you share a favorite quote?

“The meaning of life is to find your gift.

The purpose of life is to give it away.” — Pablo Picasso
